night stay, we arrived at 5 with 2 kids who were looking forward to a swim and were told that the pool was open

just for info, there is a school nearby and the kids are lively especially during their break times when you
also the kids have left few toys/book behind by accident and the hotel organised a delivery of these within

i would like to mention ger, who made us feel very welcome with our furry kids and even gave them some treats
in the stables and the guests above us were up all night and made a lot of noise which kept our kids awake

we had to bring 8 bags down at 4am with 2 small kids because they didn t have any more trolleys
cards didn t work had to activate them 3 times lots of noise from kids running up and down corridor our room

not nice first the bath is way too high to get into to this is a danger to older people or with kids too high
