reception closed early until 8 am and no one around for the bar or restaurant
position in bagnole,we were meeting friends at the casino and it was only 5mins walking
located in the centre of this lovely little spa town, this hotel was ideal for my nostalgic visit
bar didn t open till 18:00, returned to find it wouldn t open till 19:00

the jacuzzi in the spa had the most interesting and dangerous wiring, had to ask our kids to stop using
milk in our room and bar was restrictive with opening times you should be able to use the bar when you are

our kids enjoyed the kids-club and the location was perfect for easy access to town

of a problem with wifi, also the toilet pan difficult to stand for a pee owing to a sloping ceiling, bed similar

minor issue you had to go through a login process to get on to the wifi giving private details, was not that
