overall hotel with great swimming pools (our 5 year old loved them)

thankfully she was not there the rest of days we spent at the spa and the front desk staff didn t disappoint

confirming the booking, it would have been nice to know about the pool and its opening times

a rubber mat should be provided to avoid slips and a handle bar should be installed on the wall at the side of

bar and restaurant on site so no need to leave after a long drive

unfortunately the bar attached to the hotel whilst very clean didn't appear to have any bar staff in attendance

easy-going and very attentive and breakfast was also ok, with different choices for afults and kids

sadly we didn't have time to use the spa etc

for the gym centern opening times, i would have appreciated that

views over the mountains, spa and breakfast. a very relaxing hotel.

the spa was beautiful and i loved the fact we were able to book the facility for our own private use

charged me the same price for a room service burger as the previous albergue did for a artichoke soup, an orange

garage too small for large vehicles and jacuzzi bath not working (with some disappointed kids)

go to the pintxo bar area a few blocks away for dinner - the wine and food were amazing

from location in easy walking distance to the cathedral and tapas bars, the management staff at this hotel were

wifi was a little slow and the bed was a little stiff, but as i said, for the price it was very

great location good wifi parked my bike in the garage. clean and tidy .

the wifi was practically non exsistent in the bedroom but worked fine on the mezzanine

walked in the wrong direction out of the hotel and could find nowhere to eat and so had to order room service

the barman, waiter and room service guy was brilliant all the others look miserable chef was good

no bar drinks until 8-30pm, typically spanish, but i d hope a hotel might be more flexible!

only one gripe bar was not open so we could enjoy an evening in the hotel and meet other guests

i booked this hotel with a gym in mind but keep in mind that the gym is very small.
