i was not told the code to get in the door after 5pm or the wifi password
i would have expected atleast a bottle of water and there was no staff around to find out the wifi password -

this blatant dishonesty ruined our plans, upset my kids, and left us feeling completely disrespected
next time i would book a room that had a separate space for my kids.
the pool area got quite crowded and overrun with kids.
there were little kids in the hot tub that i thought was unappropriate
our kids looked out on the back dump area which was not ideal

it was a struggle given the fact that i had suitcases and both kids
the set up of the room for a family with older kids.
the main king size bed was incredibly comfortable (sofa bed only suitable for kids)
either way pool is really small not suitable for kids
had leaking air conditioners that were dripping on the bed no blankets on twin beds for our kids
