unique location - what a fun and quirky accommodation the kids (and us too) loved it

parking was a bit haphazard

dog, scruffy at rear car park, out front was scruffy and old fashioned, random mix of furniture, bar area no

hot tub the staff were super helpful and nice the view amazing and the food lovely very good for kids

kids loved every minute

we really struggled to find a time when the pool wasn t full of shrieking kids, which is a shame as it is a

food was brilliant, came very quickly and was a great kids menu and excellent value for them..

the hotel is very family-oriented and we don t have kids so we left the pool to the families

the kids loved being 20 steps from the waterside and spent time collecting shells and trying to take in

good fusball for the kids

excellent restaurant for dinner. very friendly and helpful staff. game room was great for kids

the kids were happy to spend time before dinner on the shore looking for seals

all staff amazing they got room where kids can play on rainy days

very friendly hosts, kids-friendly, clean accommodation.

he was watching tv in the lounge which was full of kids toys and a personal computer

room was lovely and clean, bed was very comfy, all facilities worked, parking outside

parking in front of the house and local restaurant 5 minutes away very good

strength of wifi was soft.

couldn't get kids away from watching a ferry every 30 minutes, they were excited

there is a lounge room with a library, perfect for a drink, and there is even toys for kids

the restaurant / bar had a suprisingly good choice of food on the menu (including kids menu)

friendly staff and very welcoming to our 2 dogs and 3 kids. fantastic food and atmosphere.

had i gone with kids or faced adverse weather would have wanted the tv to work a bit easier - it was very dated

the service people are between super friendly and sometimes treating adults like stupid kids.

you either have very cold water or very hot, which, can get tricky if you have young kids

kids fish and chips, fish wasnt fresh & tasted like the oil was stale

the staff were great, especially ellie who really bonded with the kids.

the reception was modern and clean and staff were very nice the bar stocks over 50 whiskies so no shortage of

room - very pinterest as my kids called it

last 2 nights of our stay a family moved in to he apartment upstairs and their kids were running around until

a comfy double bed and an equally comfortable fold down double for the kids

sofa bed was not very comfortable for the kids

limited parking and pull down sofa bed was fairly uncomfortable even for kids

hear everything happening in the next rooms and kids running up and down the corridor

it was very comfortable for a family with 2 kids

a slight challenge if you have kids and a lot of heavy luggage

was great for a lodge, the only down side was the wifi was down when we arrived there

the guesthouse provided a very good vegan breakfast for us taking into consideration our dietary

very helpful delightful inn keepers, extensive breakfast, great views, location was close to train station and

there is also ample parking and it is just a short walk to the high street

we had an 18 month baby with us as well so we assumed that they have a kids eat free kind of policy

hot water in bathroom scalding hot both burnt ourselves, very dangerous especially if kids are about

room 14 was great size for kids, with dividing curtain

think the menu could be expanded slightly, saying that they made the kids things that weren t on the menu that

not a problem for us, but with kids or elderly people may find it a nuisance

food was excellent too - not just the fancy meals but even simple stuff like the kids menu pasta

kids eating off a coffee table not ideal and strange mix of elderly couples clearly displeased at

dining options and diner time (the only real dining option is formal and not adapted for young kids)

we thought it is strictly jacket for man, and we would prefer to be separated from families with kids as much

the room service is not available to the rooms located in front of the walled garden

no room service till the last night all the empty space downstairs that could have been a bar or

to its very rural location, wifi/phone connection was spotty

parking options and confusing one way system for public car parking

the food was lovely in the bar but would have liked a small kids menu

kids loved the bunk beds. it was super clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

kids and husband enjoyed their burgers and pizza and can t complain when the kids meals are free

room was a little cramped. easy sign-in to wifi and device streaming via tv qr code.

great location, 24 reception and free parking

and our kids had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place

we enjoyed spending time at the bar and in the lounge relaxing

the bar is very inviting and cosy
