there was a chair with a light fixture sitting in a parking space in front of our rooms

they put us on the back side of the property that doesn t have a parking lot

arriving at 4am with 2 sick kids the staff promptly dealt with an oversight (3rd party issue- not hotel) and

the pullout couch for our two older kids is only a full size and the mattress is very thin and not very

close to the ball park for kids games

my wife and i travel a lot with the kids and this was a rare opportunity to travel with just the two of us

pool was closed for maintenance but we were offered the opportunity to use the pool at the hotel

pool and whirlpool was broke which i was not aware of when booking

between 10pm and midnight constant noise from adjoining room (328) three or more kids, out of control, screaming

receptionist was very good, pleasant and helpful to sync iphone to wifi

would have preferred a coffee-mate option as opposed to milk at the breakfast

i couldn't log onto wifi. and i couldn't connect my iphone to the tv.

pool was a concern due to open electrical sockets on every wall surrounding the pool area,

we had a total of 5 people, 3 adults and 2 kids 17 and 10 years old

from pennsylvania to california with two kids and a dog

teenagers swim at 10:30 at night when we arrived smh there wasn t even anywhere for me and my kids to sit and

if i wasn t traveling with my 4 little kids, i would ve found somewhere else to stay
