the lack of bar facilities and a communal lounge area to relax in when not out and about was disappointing
but it is a very comfortable bed with good pillows, working wifi, a safe, etc
there seemed to be no one on duty, the roof terrace was closed, there was no bar or cafeteria.
our junior suite was perfect. the roof terrace bar was a bonus. the location was fantastic.
