the hotel's fault but there was a lot of annoying kids and parents who didn't care to keep them under check
with lots of kids running about it made a lot of noise in the room
we had a suite with 2 rooms that was great for a couple with 2 kids
i thing that for the size of the hotel, the place could have another one (maybe one just for kids)

we stayed on a village 2 adults and 2 kids and we found lovely the comfort of the room

it could also benefit from heavier sound proof isolation - since i was travelling with kids, and one of them
we booked half-board and there was just a meat or fish option, plus a kids menu
she was super kind and patient with kids, showed them all the stuff, explained all the cherries and machinery
