reserved a room with a sofa bed for our 2 kids, and the staff actually set up both the sofa bed and a cot

wifi is inconsistent in upper rooms. top floor ceilings may be an issue for taller travelers.

breakfast was superb with lots of selections and full table service and very personal and homely

parking was easy as they allocate lots for guests

parking wasn t immediately obvious and getting into it was a little tight

the bed was incredibly comfy, dinner was superb, and the famous whisky bar fabulous

oscar from the quaich bar is incredibly knowledgeable and has great chat, taking time to get to know customers

the quaich bar is amazing

wifi was a bit weak in my room but improved later in the night.

some basics, no complaints -bath didnt have taps - only shower -room service should arrive with covers over food

there were 2 tvs and the kids loved having their own tv

my kids and i loved the trails and scenery

who showed us were to go for breakfast the breakfast was buffet style but it was fresh and my kids enjoyed it
