excellent stay. all staff really professional and friendly. food excellent and pool great.

the room was gorgeous, with free tea and coffee and a mini bar for alcoholic purchases

loved the service, the location, the cocktail bar and most of all the five course gourmet dinner

staff friendly. bar man & receptionist were great.

the bar also had a great selection of draft beers and

time someone opens it it sounds like they are going into your room its also right next to the laundry rm

we also had to leave early in the morning so they arranged for a nice early breakfast

always staff are fantastic, from reception to all bar staff there great and go above and

a drink at the bar they had 2bottles of cider for £5, i asked if i could buy 2 for the wife and leave one in the

well laid out and bar and restaurant on site .

one of the reasons for staying here was the fact that there was an ev charger, however at £1

booked dalesgate on the pretence that it featured an ev charger

note the ev charger can be unlocked for a few but it's too expensive, so for charging you can go elsewhere

the cleanliness and decor. staff friendliness, excellent breakfast, good value for money

the staff were welcoming. there was a starbucks on the premises and an ev charger nearby.

even my kids said hi to her, but seems like she doesn’t care & her face only stick at the computer

lots of facilities plus they have ev chargers (monta charge app needed) so had the extra peace of mind no worrying about where to

wasn t anything that we didn t like however when using the spa facilities we felt as though we should have been aloud longer than 10 minutes access to the

location, friendly staff, the village on site and excellent breakfast

the spa and pool were excellent especially the infinity outside hot pool

nice swimming pool, kids loved it
