was an error in the room service order but this was rectified immediately

hotel with excellent food , the staff from reception bar and dining area were friendly and happy to help in anyway they could to make our stay enjoyable

room service menu did not have many vegetarian dishes. would have liked more choice.

a hot tub in the spa area would have just made my stay extra

wifi a bit slow for the class of hotel

i did not use the hotel caprak as i could not get clarification on ev charges status and operator from my contact at the hotel
