having a kitchen was an added bonus

the room's full kitchen was

gym did not have towels when i used it

like the location and restaurants and gym

gymnasium and jacuzzi were very good

swimming pool had way too much chlore, bloody mary was too strong

having a kitchen, a fireplace, and a nice, big bathroom in our junior suite

the hot tub next to the pool was great fun

kitchen not fully stocked.

spa did not have their act together at all.

jacuzzi at property was not working but we got to use spa next door

the elevator purpose snake river next door should be connected going outside to use pool and spa is not comfortable considering the weather u have to go out into very loud sound travels threw

working hot tub on-site, but were given access to the pool and spa at the lodge next door

restaurant and bar are very good, the availability of cowboy coffee for quick takeout and sit down breakfast is

fireplace and spa tub was wonderful

the only noise was the employee who drove the golf cart every morning

location is great! close to park entrance and jackson hole. laundry on site.

also convenient that a laundry facility is on site

we were able to do laundry on site and even though we didn’t use the hot tub, there is one onsite

we loved the laundry area and felt it was well kept and had everything we needed

the price of ~$900/night, i expected a more spacious room and bathroom

didn’t try the spa although it is limited to a hot tub and treatments

lovely room in a prime location in jackson. the spa is great.

and welcoming, luxury boutique amenities, superb accommodations, wonderful spa and great dining

also loved our spa massages

valet also included free ev charging for our rivian

the shuttle to the ski resort and black tie concierge by the lifts were a great bonus

bar was lovely with amazing staff

they put your dirty laundry in bags and clean the room 2x a

breakfast was delicious.

area, extremely clean rooms and common areas, free parking in ramp across the street, excellent breakfast in the morning and outstanding customer service by brian at the front desk

the gym facilities were very clean

more affordable than staying in jackson or west yellowstone and it was nice to have a stocked kitchen so we could make our own meals
