great hotel friendly staff great breakfast pool and spa indoor.

small gym missing entertainment for kids in my opinion need to pay the parking

spacious rooms were fantastic for the family and the buffet breakfast was quite the treat

i noticed , inside the elevator there were floors above us ,labeled as the laundry rooms

pool was much smaller than the kids expected, so that was a bummer

i didn t get a chance to use the on-site gym, restaurant or convenience store- but it was nice to know they were available

the bar staying open past 9 pm

the customer service from the very beginning, the room, pool and bar attendants was

not ideal to wait over an hour to get your food when you have hungry kids nor having to track down someone to provide said service

loved the spa bathroom

really like having the level 2 ev chargers available

they have plenty of ev charging for their customers on site

bar was closed & no chicken strips period

breakfast was good

the pool size and the bedding didn’t smell good

be sure if you valet to tell the afternoon night staff that you want your ev charged

there was a pool, spa, gym, restaurant and snack marketplace all available to fill any need

was kinda noisy, walls are thin so you hear people/ kids in the halls and other doors slamming but it wasn t unbearable

was hair in the bathtub, toilet paper in the toilet, kids screaming and running down hall and i had to call the front desk three times

we loved the convenience the hotel offered: restaurant, bar, snack bar, gym etc

upstairs maybe kids were running up and down making noise
