boutique hotel near the centre of valladolid with parking & an ev charger, it was tricky to sort out the charging but with the help of the receptionist & the very

bar was lovely and drinks were no more expensive than that in the local cafes

room service would not always clean and turn over glasses and cups in room

tea or coffee in room and room service does not start until 8:30 pm

central. clean. comfortable. excellent breakfast. lovely staff. would definitely stay again.

you receive a free bar drink if you had choose to receive no house keeping the next day

very kind - somehow i felt that i was disturbing them - especially that at 10:40 i went to the bar and asked for a cup of tee

given to us were poor and we had difficulty finding the hotel which is way out of the centre the bar did not open until 6

beds were great. we had an adjoining room with our kids which was really practical.

the bar is lovely for a drink or good light meals too

room with kids was great, breakfast was fantastic and nice terrace front and back

surely they should have got intouch with the kids teachers who were looking after the kids

i went to use the gymnasium and found a very small room with 3 pieces of equipment

room service food was average quality and was not covered when it arrived although it was cooked

no restaurant no room service only alternative microwave prefabricated food

especialy for the gym we booked this hotel

not clear information about how to access the swimming pool

spa not working only on weekends they said, view not so good, small room

the gym! was too hot (actually in the spa!!) and with no water for drinking!

location was very good for us, the pool is beautiful, shame the weather wasn’t too warm for us to enjoy it

when using the advertised 'room service' of 24/7, we were told that we needed to wait until 20

found the pool , gym, steam room a bit of a let down

have a dog they allowed me to take the dog in the bar and get a meal

good staffs, quiet room, good food, lovely bar and a quiet lawn to read on

the breakfast arrangements are a buffet or simple breakfast which is toast and coffee

bar meals are good value though
