kids club was perfect

the spa really is just a closed room and you have to call reception for them to open it and the gym is free, ok, small but nice only on the same floor of rooms

good wifi internet that allowed me to work at evenings when needed, always reliable, safe to attend

the pool bar and room service menu was a bit limited. the spa was a bit small.

kids club was only for very small children but seemed great in terms of their facilities, it was

staff were great, rooms and hotel were great. used the gym and pool and both were very good.

lovely comfortable villa. the kids' club was excellent. staff on site were extremely helpful.

children's park lovely, but perhaps not geared towards <1yr as the swings do not have barrier seats for a baby to hold on

the townhouse was huge with plenty of room to spread out. the kitchen was fantastic.

the villa was in good condition with a really well stocked kitchen and the villa was cleaned daily

you could use the gym, but you have to schedule your visit

the gym was good for its size and had a good selection of mats and weights

staff we encountered were fantastic, the shuttle bus to the marina and beach bar is a fantastic service

we enjoy walking so didn t make use of the free shuttle

think the bills from the bar should be paid all together and not in separate ways

breakfast was a bit chaotic and busy and trying to get a shaded space at the pool but it s expected at the time of year we

such amazing thailand food but maybe just a few more options only as if you are traveling with kids that would help and save time having to drive somewhere

the pool is a good size and there is plenty of room on the lawn for sunbathing and relaxing

plus they ha e a private free parking inside the hotel which is reassuring that you are guaranteed parking without roaming around

stunning resort, lots of options to eat, kids friendly, wonderful staff.

the golf is a nice 9 hole course with some lovely views but again quite expensive for a resort golf

the gym was fully equipped and all new and clean

bar service was slow at times but i put that down to it being 2-weeks away from the end of season

the only remark is that (in the low season?) the spa opens rather late, only at 10:00. (+) we also had a couple massage in the spa which we both loved (+)great atmosphere with great buffet, activities and perfect spa facilities. (+) the spa massage was the best i ve had (-)spa services could be better (-) outdoor spa pool would be nice if (-)only thing i feel missing was in the spa area there is no drinking water and also more restaurants with different food options would (+)the staff of the hotel were excellent. the time spent at the spa spa with technician (+)whatever you prefer: - just relax laying next to the swimming pool under the gentle sun, enjoying spa rithuals, steam bath, sitting by the seashore and admiring ocean waves splashes; - add some
