great food in the bar area

industrial railway line is very close to the bar area which occasionally broke the ambience, but there is little the hotel can do about that and

the restaurant and spa were both excellent

we were so glad we stayed & wished we stayed longer to have a chance to sample the spa & restaurant

the pool and outdoor area was a fabulous way to spend the afternoon relaxing after a long drive.

serving staff, bar one nice young girl, were incredibly rude and unpleasant, to the extent that i stopped eating

swimming pool wasn’t open, not likely to be swimmable pricey as for a property in the village

hotel for working away stay, nice rooms , great bar and restaurant area which also filled up with locals especially at weekends

had chances to go to the restaurant as they only open till 3 or 4pm i think and the swimming pool was always full

lobby bar was not working

breakfast, fabulous rooms, and a lovely spa/ treatment which worth a visit

the bar in the lobby is closed and the one next to the pool is totally abandoned which is a

view, balcony, room, breakfast...

from the bustle of the city, an outdoor pool, the hotel grounds are spacious and clean, a spa, a gym, everything is provided to guests

- the room had it all, a walk-in shower, twin beds, room service and luggage brought in

restaurant is great, breakfast buffet was wonderful and pool area is really nice and has the bar service

was busy the receptionist was excellant but was on her own to make matters worse the small bar for coffee etc was not manned a notice said please the recepsionist for help bt she was

had very bad experience with noisy guests and hotel staff did very little to tackle the problem, kids running up and dawn the corridor in the middle of night and early and shouting and adults

the pool is part of a private spa, hoy must pay 25 to go in

columns to navigate - but we managed without any trouble - and the bonus was free use of the two ev chargers

very helpful and friendly staff. clean and comfortable room. excellent wifi. good location.

we forgot to request an early check in and asked upon arrival

not that helpful, wifi terrible and restaurant closed due to it being run by a separate company

the wifi worked perfectly in the public areas but dropped out in our room
