health spa staff rude, price a little expensive.

only one member of staff for bar and reception. was very busy. service for breakfast not great

we came back after the bar had closed for the evening, but the staff member still served us and made us feel welcome

a bar area is always welcome!

helpful reception especially maría who organised a late check out for me when my ferry was delayed very appreciated

did not have breakfast in the hotel i did not see any bar in ghe hotel location excellent

abba also let me check in early as the room was ready and late check out a bonus

it is ideal for families with kids, for romantic getaway, for work travel, etc

well stocked mini bar lovely fresh breakfast in beautiful surroundings

were there, however, the wait staff were more than happy to prepare coffee for guests using the bar facilities

lovely bar staff but please teach them how to mix a dry martini .

there is lots of good bars and restaurants around but, if you don’t fancy leaving the hotel, there is a nice bar on the

hotel further, the lounge area on the 1st level was very ornately decorated, there was a pleasant bar and breakfast room

the gym is small, not for more than 2 people, but functional

is a beautiful hotel, in a great location with lovely friendly staff from household & bar to front desk, maria jesus on front deck was particularly helpful

great variety of food for dinner and breakfast with very pleasant service
