it was so relaxing beach and pool all in one all in one hotel!

everything except bar service!

had to pay for wifi/ kettle/ use of fridge in room

poor wifi is the only negative

food was fab and i liked the glass of champagne with breakfast

great hotel gym with modern equipment and spa access was a bonus

the piano bar had live music on every night that we went although it was very quiet most nights as not many

we dined at breakfast, pool bar and evening buffet and to keep the review simple, our best meals during our break were enjoyed

the welcome, checkin, location, room, amenities , facilities, staff, food, pool, entertainment

always a lovely choice for breakfast and dinner

have been told prior to arriving which meant we were unable to be near her when we were at the pool

the view from our room was exceptional, gorgeous pool then followed by the sea and the marina

the pool was gorgeous

the pool area is beautiful and so relaxing, great food at the pool bar too

sun beds outside every room and plenty around the pool

the laundry service wasn't very good

i also liked the gym

the entertainment for the kids (mini disco and barcyud83dude03)are so excellent

them especially on one day on particular some clothes were mistakenly taken with the linen laundry and staff as soon as realised the mistake endeavoured to find and return clothes

the golf buggy ride to the room in the heat of the day was also much appreciated & thoughtful

the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pans

a nice and cosy apartment in classical rustic style with a spacious bedroom and a full equipped kitchen

i had the swim up room and was impressed by the way that the pool was cleaned every morning

oom, pool, gym, wellness, restaurants and bars ) - impeccable cleaness - helpful and nice

also kids club staff were a bit off with us, the lady was ignoring us and not letting my son participate

the outside pool is big and heated

we used the indoor gym every morning it s a great facility

hose at the pool bar was amazing

bars were somewhat under staffed we thought that one visit to each of the other 2 restaurants

the breakfast had many choices which made the morning an lovely food adventure

staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities amazing

beautiful rooms, fabulous swimming pool, lots of sun beds, great food, lovely massage

loved the kids pool area, perfect for our grandson who we'd

the animator guy who is doing aqua gym instruction, he is also a yoga instructor, a fitness instructor and a performer at night show

the selection of drinks in the exec bar was good however the snacks were a bit frugal compared to other exec lounges we have used

5min walk , local shops pharmacies etc withing walking distance , fantastic selection on both breakfast and dinner, bathroom goodies in eco bottles , lovely touch and unlimited shampoo

fabulous location, great clean pool area, nice area, secure, friendly, comfy bed.

it is nice with the balcony and the pool

hotel is amazing everything about it was brilliant,it's spotlessly clean breakfast great pool bar has great food very reasonable prices it's our 4 time there and it's always lovely restaurant

are excellent very polite and cannot do enough for you especially the lunch stag at the pool bar have a good laugh and joke

the swimming pool and playground for kids is well done and extremely clean

loved our spa bath room
