hot tub and pool were nice/relaxing

we wish there was daily housekeeping, and extended bar hours

lady at the bar delivered the most excellent customer service

the gym was good enough but i had to ask for towels on both visits - maybe guests are taking them who

it gave off when we were inside, and also there were cool amenities there like billiards, heated pool, and a 24 hour work out place

the bar and bartender were top notch

staff was amazing, room and bed comfy, pool and area were great, food was good and we loved the bar and pool table area

fitness center is really just a treadmill in a closet.

hotel my only complaint, i was only there for 3 days so no room service

loved the free drinks and ice-cream each afternoon - board games for kids was great for traveling with family

who explained the amenities, local attractions, and gave us tokens for a couple drinks at the bar for happy hour

the gym is outside down the alley, without a sauna or jacuzzi

the front desk gentleman made no attempt to offer it anyway, or get it from the bar right there to show goodwill

we will be staying here every time we come to denver, the maven has set the bar very high

the contemporary design; staff was great but i have one bitch: their wifi internet policy is ridiculous

customer service from the parking attendant to the front desk folks, to the housekeepers, the spa staff, everyone

access to the spa is charged extra - spa felt a little outdated.
