the outdoor hydrotherapy pool was amazing

spa facilities, near to other attractions and liverpool, we have been before some years ago,

signal and wifi is poor

although, the wifi didn t reach the rooms or most of our corridor

was very big with lots of parking and many places to go and do things like a restaurant or bar oh places to sit and of course

bed was extremely comfy, shower very good, food fabulous and gym and swimming pool brilliant.

staff were amazing, from the bar staff to the chamber maids and especially sallie on reception she was so kind thoughtful and

was for the childrens christmas night away, we paid for the biggest best room for a reason, the kids went to lush for bath bombs and we had a lovely relaxing night planned, we did not move to the

throughout the stay the staff were attentive advised about a late check out

i also appreciated the room service team for their prompt service and attention to detail

hotel as it was a short one night stay but next time i ll try the bar

the gym and spa was great

one centre and albert dock it was so near everything with minimal noise i couldn t fault it my kids loved it they had access to the pool and so many other excursions i would definitely stay here

really unreliable wifi. very irritating as it was one of the reasons i booked the place.

hotel would recommend, the only downside for me was that the 4 ev chargers were not working on site while we stayed there

ev charge points, 4 spaces which were occupied for 48 hours straight

everything was perfect. very clean, spacious, quirky. ev charging was ideal. location excellent.
