only negative we experienced was the pool not getting cleaned properly

liked the large size of the room, the very comfortable beds and that it had a mini-kitchen

we had a very enjoyable stay with our grand babys. the breakfast and pool was a plus!

staff was great, rooms were ecvellent breakfast was good

they sometimes cook in their rooms (there is a small kitchen) so there are odors in the halls

the food was delicious and easy to use room service

and the contactless delivery room service food was plain amazing

room service and location.

sadly the rooftop bar was being renovated but this was communicated to us at booking and did not effect our

room service was prompt

buffet was wonderful and the location was perfect i also liked the fact that there was a bar and smoking areas

shuttle service

the hotel had a warmed pool, kids loved it

breakfast was delicious and the view from the balcony was perfect

wifi was out and need to be reset all the time. the restaurant was closed in the evening.

fitness center is pretty small for a property of this size and had limited hours (10-5) (+) the spa and fitness center anazing (+)nice restaurants, fitness center, clean, staff all were nice

extremely friendly service as well as weekend entertainment at the inside bar was phenomenal.

my kids and wife loved the pool an and hottub

i love the pool and the location. my kids did not want yo leave the pool.

the hotel was super in every way from the staff to cleanliness. breakfast was superb.

suite is clean and roomy and like that it has full size fridge and kitchenette

could have used a bigger pool and a hot tub would have been nice, and complimentary laundry soap would have been welcomed too

the kitchen staff were very friendly and quick to help

the room was so clean, right by the pool, which was great for our little one

laundry; washing machine not working.

didn t get up in time for breakfast but i m sure it was good

needed quarters to use the laundry facility, they didn't have any

location, the view, the jacuzzi. great price and thank you for late check out.

we'll stay here again. liked the view, location, pool and hot tub
