i work as a support worker so i couldn't make it to breakfast in time and both times the manager kindly packed me breakfast

we were surprised how expensive it was to do a load of laundry.

stayed for two nights so on one night i had one of the fantastic pizzas available in the hotel's bar and on the other night i walked 5 minutes to the thomas daniell for a meal which was also fab -

early check in was agreed and no extra cost so i made a donation to the staff tip box

room was a little noisy at night due to some kind of heat pump, maybe the air con or the pool air system

i love dogs but at times there were 4-5 being walked along the corridor or in the restaurant and bar areas and it made me wonder whether previous guests had let their dogs sleep in the bed etc

a tab to your room as no signal to pay by card resulting in being disturbed again an hour after room service was delivered as the payment wouldn't work in the hall

of the room, especially bathroom; air circulation in the room; value for money; wifi was not working
