she saved the day by going into the kitchen and bringing out cereal and milk

no paper towel for kitchen

very clean and were very friendly to accommodate a late check out

poor breakfast. gym is very small

plus it has an indoor pool

we appreciate the pool being open late to let the kids unwind after a long day of traveling

easy check in, clean rooms, nice pool and hot tub, friendly staff.

we went to the fitness room the first night and a melted candy bar was smashed in the middle of the floor

we checked in problem with kids recreation area loud and we hade trouble understanding however the staff were very good and

we were also pleasantly surprised they offered breakfast and coffee/juices in the morning and it was good

curtain should be installed between the 2 queen beds for mom and dad, and the kids on the remaining beds/sofa

if i was staying longer, the kitchen would’ve been a great asset

saturday night there were 2 short ruckuses in the hallway-kids running, shouting, and banging into doors

horrible wifi. unable to reach front desk. tv going out. saw a few bugs 1st night

the property was clean, quiet and plenty of food at an extended breakfast hour

i didn't get a chance to experience the swimming pool or gym for social distancing reasons but the on-site starbucks was a great service

chair handicap, despite a late reservation and full hotel, they bent over backwards to give me an early check in and cleaned a room early to accommodate me at no charge

also for as big as this hotel is the pool was very small

their inefficiency-no one answers the phone -hence no shuttle as advertised so a $30 taxi fare
