parking is sometimes limited close to the hotel; minor problems

the parking lot is gravel and oyster shells so not only will your car get destroyed inside and out but

we ate breakfast in the morning which was great

breakfast was adequate but should have been better organized

the indoor /outdoor pool, game room, bar and the location

rooms, poor breakfast, noisy pool, gym too small and missing weights and music

eggs on breakfast bar taste fake.

we was placed beside the laundry room and it was loud all night and morning

location, pool, restaurant on site.

the pool water had a bad taste parking was on a hill and the elevator was slow at times

was laundry carts everywhere

the breakfast was delicious. the hotel was in a great central location.

kids enjoyed free cookies and hot cocoa

free breakfast thas nice. love the pool

only if you have a gym or pool give one or another for the guests

kept charging unnecessary charges and no use of swimming pool or gym.

lack of room service; failure to clean room on daily basis; broken garage elevator

i was given a adjoining room next to a bunch of kids and didn’t get sleep.

there was an on site gym, free parking, and free wifi

i had kids and told them that and that i didn’t want to be far from lodge, restaurants, and gift shop

great place to take kids

entertainment on the bar patio on thursday and friday nights

location was good. pool and gym were great. overall a nice hotel.

nice to have a spa right across the street, (the wife used it albeit a little pricey)

we liked: pet friendly very approachable staff very helpful staff ev charging station nice and facility amanda from the restaurant beside the hotel

didn't like that you had to pay for breakfast and there were no kids available for hot drinks.

onsite restraunt did have a breakfast buffet

only one of the pieces of gym equipment worked and the gym smelled really musty

no soap dispenser in laundry facility…but not a big deal

the seasonal pool is wonderful, too

the pool was very refreshing on hot days after sightseeing

the pool was super clean

the room was great. beautiful area. perfect pool area. close to all attractions.

only complaint was the pool was closed

thats the pool room was just as cold as it was outside snowing

just didn’t have pool open i think it was under maintenance or something

i enjoyed the pool most.

we also enjoyed having extra space with the living room area as well as kitchen

for vacation with kids - kitchenette for cooking and pool kept them entertained

staff is nice and friendly specially the one handling the kitchen everybody will great you with a smile no matter how much you ate they table to table to ask

pool still closed and breakfast area as well due to covid19

pool was cold and that was one of my main reasons for booking this place
