also our spa experience was refreshing and invigorating

great location, spa facilities were great value for money. breakfast was very tasty.

the garden rooms are exceptional, the spa treatments fantastic, and the breakfast sumptuous

the luxury of having a little spa to yourself is fantastic

also i asked for a sparking wine in the bar after and found out that the bottle had been opened the previous day and it basically was flat

quite hard to get soap out of the pumps but there was a bar of soap you could use.

we also benefited from the on site free ev charger for a hassle free return journey

one small bit of criticism would be that some soft background music in the spa, restaurant and bar would be good so you feel it’s to quiet to talk privately to one another

spa was great and all were very accepting and welcoming towards dogs

fact that they had an ev charger was probably the only thing going for this hotel

dangerous for little kids - i’d have asked for a move if mine were still small

hotel being run by young kids who don't seem to have a clue on customer service

there was obviously a party going on down the hall and that kept my kids awake in their room

a nice indoor pool and at driving distance of loads of interesting sights to visit

spa looked lovely with a wide variety of treatments

since we got in late, it was nice having a well stocked kitchen

whilst we did not use the pool, other residents did and enjoyed it
