loved the little extras and hot chocolate/sweets for the kids, very thoughtful and great value for money

the bath water was fine and my kids could take baths, but neither my husband or i were able to shower because the water was

my kids would have loved the play ground and in particular the gorilla in the garden

not informed of breakfast times & how a tab would need to be opened to order room service, so had to go to hotel

and a playground for kids

wifi is very poor, really bad signal - only negative!

had to leave before breakfast which was a shame, the rooms were lovely, warm and welcoming, from entering the hotel to

have been great to know what was going on in the bar downstairs as there was a quiz on and it was a bit late to join after returning to the hotel

in the evening the bar was lively and well stocked with plenty of seats inside and out

room was spacious. parking was easy. breakfast was served early.

travelled with my 3yo and is was ideal, deluxe room had plenty of space and the kids menu in the bar was spot on

room service was excellent, the bus was quirky we loved it we were attending my best friends

close to millennium bridge so easy access to the quays relatively cheap ev charging overnight.

wifi registration was a little beat difficult.

i particularly enjoyed having access to the gymnasium which was clean and tidy
