the gym was clean and well managed during covid times

hotel was empty sunday morning and would not give us a late check out and sent someone at1105 to make sure we were leaving our room

the pool looked a tad on the cloudy side, and needed umbrellas for shade.

clean, contemporary, personable, excellent bar staff for breakfast and for drinks, gym was excellent

the amenities like the gym, laundry room, and pool were nice size, well equipped, and perfectly located

and ritz carlton's and have been given daily credits to use for food or activities, i wish the breakfast was included or was given a daily credit of some sort

lounge chairs in the pool area was a challenge

the room cost $750 dollars and the breakfast was not included ,saying that the breakfast we bought was great , nearly made up for

the friendly staff made up for the small and limited spa space. the treatments were wonderful.

unhelpful there, and i had paid for an outdoor table and got a crappy table in the corner of the bar it kind of ruined our nye

we were shuttled straight from the hotel door to the restaurant which set on the pga golf course

perfect for families or couples vacationing without kids

the only thing that was pretty was the view of the golf course

value on a large spacious suite with fully equipped kitchen insuite laundry and a view

i work at a resort golf facility and your staff could easily work at a resort and their services standards would blend
