front desk evening and morning staff and breakfast lady were very personable and friendly

will be happy when hot breakfast is reinstated

having a kitchenette was truly helpful and the extra sofa bed

short on towels every night had to wait for laundry to bathe was very unsatisfied with laundry

front desk ran out of quarters for laundry machines when multiple baseball teams were staying for 3+ days - not a big deal, but

was fare they did not have a microwave in the lobby kitchen or a waffle maker

after speaking to front desk person, it was obvious they didn't have a shuttle system to the airport like i was told

the staff was wonderful ,but the pool was green from the rain i guess.

had bar of soup from the last guess with hair on it in the bathroom front desk gave a key to a guess

was very clean and had many things to do such as gym and a pool table

kids wished pool was opened until 10pm

was good- cleanliness, beds, pillows, water pressure, dog walk area, & great breakfast

pool was not in working order mothers day weekend

the pool was green. no one came during the day to bring fresh towels or toilet paper

morning the breakfast was good, it was just about 20 minutes late

restroom how big the king restroom room are i like how comfortable the bed are as well i like the pool coffee

paid pet fee of $40, was told on the phone refundable, but then told it was not

my only regret is that the weather wasn't quite warm enough to enjoy the lovely pool area
