kids loved the pool and gym

the hotel had a very nice bar and restaurant facility located inside the covered courtyard area on the ground floor

for us, location close to family and full breakfast. breakfast staff was particularly attentive.

the pool was well maintained and a lovely bonus when travelling with kids

the room had 2 tv's and kids were able to watch what they wanted and so were the

nice deck and patio overlooking a small lake. wine social every evening. ev charger.

i waited almost 2 hours for the noisy kids to stop being wild

friendly staff and even though the place was full of kids and my room was next to the pool i couldn’t hear a lot of noise

the lodge is lovely, the grounds, and although we didn't use the bar or restaurant, enjoyed the whole area - very pretty

leaf blowers in the parking garage sounds like a jet plane taking off.

furthermoe we were travelling with our kids, including a 5-month old baby, and the staff weren't prepared to wash our baby bottles because

the bar area is fun and the hostesses and bartenders were great

coffee and croissants gym was brilliant and the spa healing pool fantastic location and it didn t feel

clean, roomy, love the shower and the kitchen area.

of space for a large family including a kitchen

was a terrible vibration in our kids bedroom

they wanted us to stay in the room anyway and took us complaining that with kids we needed a room with wifi and tv

apartment/suite for a family - good kitchen facilities, easy dining/cooking in room options, so nice to have a washer/dryer to use

wifi was so bad that i had to use my hotspot, and the chrome cast didn't work

not currently doing room service.

hotel does not have the funky sf decor or games for the kids to play (shuffle board, etc) that i was looking for, but it was awesome
