quite noisy at times though due to location and events in hotel meant lots of kids running around early in the morning

the location of the property and the car parking facility, very easy with lots of spaces and an ev charging point

free ev charging was a bonus (although i suspect it won't be free for much longer as they are installing (-)ev charger didn't work. (+) the grounds and building are superb - the spa is great, ev charging points at a good price as well

food good but over priced, fridge broken in room, mini bar very over priced, wifi good, special requests for visit ignored, dinner bookings ignored, basics in room missing, tea

seeing as we didn t use anything from the mini bar or room service i feel like the money should have been returned quicker

room service wasn't the best - the food was great but by the time it arrived to our room it was

was left on over night, i think it was the extractor fan for the kitchen, which our family room was above

sized mugs and cereal bowls - loads of storage space - easy access to the hotel including the bar and restaurant - friendly staff and owner who we chatted to a couple of

friendly bar staff and smallish indoor bar but outside tables, some undercover

we found the bar to be very well equipped with a great selection of local cornish gin's, much to my delight

just a few of the great points about the property and surroundings: - very well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine and even washing liquid, dishwashing tablets, etc

location was excellent and all the sporting facilities, especially the outside pool and mini golf course

the outdoor pool was pleasantly heated, we enjoyed our 08

we couldn't use the restaurant because we had a dog so had to sit in the bar area for 20 mins before we had a table laid, just felt disappointed

there is an adequate gym in the hotel and a spa pool with kids allowed in the pool all day
