pool isn’t heated, there was a guy swimming in his underwear, not real appropriate for my kids to see

room service didn t call us back for order in the morning but not a big deal

of i requested a quiet room/floor and there were kids playing soccer in the hallway hitting my door with the ball and yelling

room thermostat foul smoke odor in non smoking room jets in spa did not work waited for hours to check
