bar service man was talking all throughout the night and disturbed our sleep as we could hear it on

lovely welcome from the owner, the bar and restaurant were great.

beyond helpful, the room was lovely, the breakfast was excellent, and to top it off, the rooftop pool was everything we needed after a hot day

their garden and swimming pool are also very beautiful and nice

was nothing i disliked it was really lovley and the pool was open till 9 at night the children loved

had wifi only 1 night of the 4 i stayed in the hotel

rooftop bar and restaurant. quiet room

the older gentleman who checked us in was accommodating but the other man who gave us the wifi password had it wrong

evening and lunch (granada is cheaper than other parts of spain) +good place to stay with small kids, the swimming pool with the floor window is attractive

people working there are very nice and the rooftop bar is a nice addition

the hotel is beautiful and comfortable (and in addition to looking great, the wifi and the a/c worked great, which isn't always the case (-)the wifi signal was bad. (-)telephone in the room, although we only needed it to enquire about the wifi, which was the only issue (-)wifi weak at times (-)the water pressure in the shower could be better and the wifi was sporadic (-)wifi wasn t great (-)couldn t get wifi, apparently it s intermittent but i had no luck over two days. (-)wifi needs to be more improved (-)no wifi connection. hot water takes a while. (-)poor sound insulation wifi didn t work

the bar is small but very good

when the roof terrace bar gets its licence in june 2023, i would then further improve my rating to best rating available

the food in the restaurant was well presented for breakfast and dinner and tasted fresh, well cooked and seasoned

the pastries at breakfast were also so delicious - light and oh so flaky

central location, valet parking, lovely bar and restaurant, very comfortable beds, really helpful

the swimming pool - on the roof was increadible too

would have liked there to be a bar vending machine for food and drinks expensive

staff at hotel bar were rude on first contact, however later with different staff it was fine

it was a nice touch to be able to use the sauna and small gym in the hotel

also the relax pool at the rooftop which we enjoyed on the hot summer days to dip and chill

rooftop plunge pool and terrace was small but really comfortable and great for cooling off and resting after

the next day was raining the whole day and even we did the check out we could stay into the bar area and enjoy for free coffee, tea and sweets

it's a full service hotel, including a restaurant (didn't try it), a spa and an underground parking, which is expensive but precious if you arrive by car

sauna and spa were under renovation. area has quite a few pickpocketers.

good gym, nice view to the cathedral

in bath tube is sufficent to fill it and have a proper bath free of charge sauna facility and gym downstairs sometimes a 15 euro per night can really make the difference guys muchas gracias

pool which was very small, you can hardly stand in there ) on a sunday afternoon it was full of kids and i left

not bad at all but just could do with a few more loungers at the pool.

we are a family of four and the loft room area for the kids was fabulous

room service was offered for breakfast that only cost 3 so it was nice to have this as an option

the kids liked how it split into 2 levels with a small spiral staircase, adding to its outstanding

the wifi is a bit slow, and breakfast is not very varied.
