the hotel is beautiful and comfortable (and in addition to looking great, the wifi and the a/c worked great, which isn't always the case (-)the wifi signal was bad. (-)telephone in the room, although we only needed it to enquire about the wifi, which was the only issue (-)wifi weak at times (-)the water pressure in the shower could be better and the wifi was sporadic (-)wifi wasn t great (-)couldn t get wifi, apparently it s intermittent but i had no luck over two days. (-)wifi needs to be more improved (-)no wifi connection. hot water takes a while. (-)poor sound insulation wifi didn t work

service at breakfast was a bit variable - sometimes it was slow and i had to ask for something a few times

most appreciated was the gifts of fresh bottles of water every evening when room service came to offer a turn down service

the food in the restaurant was well presented for breakfast and dinner and tasted fresh, well cooked and seasoned

the treadmill in the gym was not plugged in (power cord missing) and the tv was also not setup with no remote control to

we booked a room with a pull-out sofa, which worked well for kids staying with parents

great little gym sauna and steam rooms

in bath tube is sufficent to fill it and have a proper bath free of charge sauna facility and gym downstairs sometimes a 15 euro per night can really make the difference guys muchas gracias
