calm environment, ev chargers (4 tesla + 2 standard), clean hotel

clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice clean pool and jacuzzi. breakfast was great.

the lady serving breakfast was very nice and helpful.

we had an employee issue in the kitchen on thanksgiving day but the manager made up for the poor attitude

more pots and pans and mixing bowls one reason we chose this place was because it has a full kitchen expected cookware

also, the suite we stayed in had a full kitchen but needs a little more supplies (i

loved the helpful friendly staff, the pool, the villa was lovely and comfy!

we liked the location, the gym and the restaurant on site.

being right on the beach and the pool and that there was a playground on property and miniature golf right down the street

we didn't realize it had a full kitchen and living room in addition to the large bedroom and bathroom

did not need it this stay, but we were told we had a kitchen and we did not

stocked kitchen

a hot tub would've been nice or heat the pool.

hotel tour, rode bicycles throughout the property and laid by the pool ordering drinks from the bar and the not to be missed chicken sandwich

it was very early and the kids were very loud and they liked slamming doors

they will arrange shuttle rides to anywhere you want to go on the island and are always happy to give you pointers on

anything, my kids keep asking when are we going back

can be an issue on the lower floors if kids can’t behave and are allowed to turn wild

we were told there was shuttle service from the hotel to the historic site but were never told until we arrived that it

the whole resort was 1st class- the staff, the room, food, the pool area and of course the beach
