the beach & pool were kept tidy & the staff were always at hands with towels

large open spaces, with big living room and flat screen televisions, large kitchen equipped with plates and appliances

bar and restaurant great

staff were amazing especially the beach staff and bar staff

staff were very friendly and excellent with us and the kids

gym was well equipped beach lovely (don’t forget to ask reception to pull beds and parasol out)

pool and bar were very quiet, so atmosphere was a little down

however, it was hit and miss with the restaurant and bar being open, plus it is way out of town, and without a car, you cannot really shop

range of drinks and snacks in the sunset island honesty bar would have been good

a fantastic view overlooking the marina fantastic beach with wonderful swimming great pool with bar water taxi to take you to the beach or pier 1 pier 1 restaurant- excellent food, great staff

wifi could have been stronger, but it was free and generally ok (including coverage by the pools (-)no fault of the hotel, but at times the wifi would drop out (-)whimsical wifi.. (-) annoyingly, the wifi went down one day and another day we couldn't use the pool without any warning (-)air conditioning was not working until the last night; neither was the in-room wifi (-)food and the wifi leave a lot to be desired (-) just handed over the keys with the wifi and goodbye (-)wifi (+)and beach staff were great views spectacular good wifi which they include avail throughout the property upon check-in the property manager did what

we loved the large deck area and the private pool was a big hit with the kids

location faced a parking lot

loved my room with my own private bathroom jacuzzi and the omelette station for breakfast; i loved the beach

pool lights in our private pool did not work so we couldn’t us the pool late at night

they seemed to have one kitchen covering all the resturants on the resort

in addition, there are also a cafe and pool side bar & grill that are open during the day and a bar open at night

no pool bar or atmosphere during the day meant we didn't spend much time at the hotel other than our room

love that the resort is so big and has many outdoor pool options
