nice, and the rooms are exceptional, everything is very clean, staff is friendly and we loved the room service, food was great

they made us wait 25 minutes to get seated while there were 5 empty tables in the bar area where we wanted to sit

great bar there too

also, there is a wire soap dish affixed to the shower wall for a bar of soap

their restaurant and bar were closed due to a fire.

they had a pool as well and was warm

only negative thing i have to say is that there were kids just running around and the manager had to calm them down several times,which in my opinion

wish pool was bigger as there were tons of kids due to type of weekend … pool not big enough

was perfect, room service, drink service in the room and added bonus of boxed breakfast (nice (+) the room service was exceptionally good along with the food (+)great room service (-)ordered room service our first night and our plates stayed outside our door until we left a day later (-) room service had to be called to pick up since plates were just left behind without a tray to leave

the walls were pretty thin so woke up to the kids in the next room arguing at 6 am.

breakfast area was small for the amount of people trying to get a space to eat

great variety for breakfast.. love the large king room.. hotel was very clean and quiet.

if it was missing filling, needed extra pillows for my wife to sleep comfortably and extra for my kids

room service was very good and plough restaurant was good as well as the breakfast buffet

they went to the gym to scope it out and were told they need to leave

receptionist at check in no light in elevator no room service broken lights in room and halway no free wi-fi for non members

i liked the fact that was an ev charger available

very friendly , located close to sports bar, nice indoor pool

i did not partake in breakfast. the location is very convenient.

roudy kids from basketball tournament hanging out in hallways loud yelling til late hours

the location was peaceful and the breakfast was good

approximately 10 large families were staying on our floor, each family had average of 5 kids, up until 1130pm those kids were running up and down the hall and slamming doors, no one said

easy to find and plenty of parking

kids loved the pool

family beside our room had 3 small kids that screamed well into the night, and were up very early as well

the grounds were well kept and the animal petting zoo area was perfect for my kids
