booked a lovely suite with a pool view and was delighted when i arrived and was told i had a free upgrade to the deluxe with the

pool area was good and it has a spa and gym

cleanliness, reasonable room size, quite neighborhood, good quality wifi

where the best i've had, great prices on drinks every day and also great entertainment in the bar and restaurant, this made all the difference

the dedicated parking area just opposite the hotel was excellent with plenty of spaces

maybe need more staff in the bar and restaurant area.

young gentleman on the front desk when we arrived at check in to all the staff from housekeeping, bar staff & restaurant staff, they all made us feel very very welcome

the kids enjoyed the pool, which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel

always lots of sun loungers around the pool and ample comfortable seating within the gorgeous gardens

right in the 90's, the beds were so uncomfortable and badly isolates, we could here people and kids breathing

unfortunately the wifi at the hotel isn't the

nowhere to sit if you wanted room service, apart from the bed as there was no table or chairs for two people

the pool restaurant and the complimentary wine with a la carte menu and the food was superb
