plenty of car parking and we felt safe

the bar and restaurant are buzzing with activity

the bar staff were excellent, especially dorothy. the parking wasw great.

no public transport to segovia near hotel. bar at the first floor.

bar downstairs was very noisy at night, and the price of the room was quite steep for what it was

plenty of free parking in front of the hotel

modern clean and secure parking on site very nice hotel

however on sunday the bar and restaurant are closed in the evening

and snack bar not open on sunday evening and fully booked at lunchtime

it wasn't very close to any bars or restaurants. having said that the hotel bar was good.

had hoped for better gym/exercise facilities than what was provided

the room service was quick and perfect

the room service at the hotel was very good

not impressed with breakfast. really enjoyed the bar food.

though we only made use of the water)

had the only suite which was lovely with a four poster bed and a spa bath

we loved it :) everything we asked for from the reception was organised very fast, people at the bar and restaurant were very kind and helpful, housekeeping was great as well

hotel has an ev charging point and is in the centre of the old town.

car parking was easy and there was an ev charger in the garage that u used for my tesla

of castle from room, garage for car, walk to all attractions, very friendly staff, great little bar and terrace

was extremely helpful in trying to get us on the parking app and recommended a fabulous tapas bar san miguel which was fantastic
