the staff were very friendly and accommodating and it was no trouble to help us get an early check in

they all have excellent customer service skills that go above and beyond and raise the bar of expectations

corridors are coming down, carpets with marks of bleachs and bottom of the doors damaged the wifi unbelievably

is an excellent hotel and a perfect place to stay if traveling from madrid barajas airport
