breakfast was temporarily discontinued due to covid-19, i feel like they could’ve served one

the fact that the room had a kitchen

indoor pool water was way to cold. the breakfast was a joke.

staff was great & provided us an early check in & a late check out which was amazing

nothing, other than the bar being closed, but we were able to get a cocktail, so not an issue.

and we felt the quality of the room matched the quality from the kitchen and the delicious dinner we had

there were only two servers and i believe they also helped in the kitchen

the hotel is located near shops and there is plenty of free parking for guests adjacent to the hotel

was one of the cleanest hotels i have ever stayed in, staff were incredibly friendly, and the ev charging was a huge plus

and spotless with a fabulous bed, great location, conscientious staff and amenities such as ev charger

clean, neat, the breakfast was a nice treat

didn’t use the gym but looked and and thought it well equipped

breakfast did not offer many options but the grab-and-go

staff was friendly and accommodated our early check in

the indoor pool and the halls and elevators were kept deodorized and smelling fresh

our room was excellent, very clean,beds was very comfortable, and the dining room, and the breakfast was excellent

we made use of the exercise facility and were only staying one night or we would have used the pool too

the pool is a soaker pool - only about 3 ft deep and with 2 people in the pool felt totally full - so

room was huge, clean comfortable and with a kitchen really good value for money hotel.

thought the cut off time for breakfast was early

this hotel felt like an apartment. perfect if you are traveling with kids.

hot breakfast was an added bonus, not just cold cereal and muffins

breakfast area was kept well-maintained in the mornings and the kids had fun in the pool

breakfast included a large variety of options and was continually replenished

temperature of the water at the indoor pool needed to be about 5 degrees warmer

breakfast area is clean, comfortable and modern, and there is usually a unique option or two

kitchen, loved the bed

breakfast was prepared and provided to make busy time flow easily

the room had ample space for us. everything was very clean and the pool was refreshing

the extra amenities (gym and pool) were also very clean and well-maintained - so appreciated

clean rooms, almost full kitchen

didn t get to use the pool due to our timing

no fault of the hotel the pool was closed for a leak when we arrived

no free shuttle service, limited room service and no pantry due to covid restrictions.

bar was very busy but bartenders did an awesome job keeping up with

only one elevator working due to the three others being repaired, no info on whether there was room service or times identified for in house restaurants

we were thrilled the hotel had ev chargers

i didn t have breakfast but liked the availability of room service the night before.

we stayed in the bunk bed room with my two younger kids

king room, very comfortable, and we loved dining at the bar for breakfast and dinner
