minor thing but the water jets in the spa didn't seem to work

of pool closes it would be nice if adulte could unwind and have time to use it but when you come from

they have a nice gym with thread mill, bike, weights, ball and mirror and windows with natural light in

gym and very well equipped, great terrasse, bartender guillame was very nice and helpful

hotel is in renovation, so swimming pool and gym are not good

location was perfect for us and the breakfast a wonderful delightful surprise

we got a delux suite and the spa tub was super loud therefore not relaxing

we chose this location because it was a more affordable hotel with free parking and free ev charging

ev chargers (2 nacs and 2 j-1772) were well used, but i was able to charge each night

good breakfast! kids loved the 24 hour hot chocolate and juice!

rooms had great counter space, storage, bar area with nespresso and convenient pull out refrigerator drawer

breakfast was good, if slightly unimaginative, and the staff were universally friendly and very

complementary drinks token on arrival a nice touch, and a lovely roof top bar to have them in

the gym is well equipped for a hotel, and the views from the rooftop pool are beautiful

excellent breakfast buffet with friendly service.

reasonable daily rates; easy access to the room; plenty of parking; centrally located.

took the queen smoking with spa tub so it's to be expected you can see some wear and tear on the room

spa tub was very big, the jets worked perfectly

and now best solution to move 5 of us 2 adults and 3 kids to the room with one bed

only one, ver busy elevator, also used by hotel staff for the laundry

them the room key with the number on it, getting handed tissues after asking for towels for the gym since there were none there, etc

the host was accommodating and allowed an early check in

went in, but the neighbourhood was a bit seedy, there were quite a few panhandlers and squeegee kids around the

one of my kids was sleeping so i could not change the room

i had trouble connecting to the wifi but other than that, i can't complain about my stay.

that could be better is that there are no ice machines so you have to order a bucket of ice from room service, but it's free

husband and i fled our four kids to the oasis of the spa and hotel william gray

got massages at the spa which was 10/10

near most of the restaurants, and there is an amazing rooftop bar with a great view of the city

the spa facilities are wonderful too
