didn't get chance but spa and pool were available, staff were very warm and helpful, guests were nice, breakfast and evening meal

used the gym which was very well equipped and maintained

wifi/internet speed is very poor in our room.

free solar powered ev charging throughout our stay was fantastic and much appreciated

would be nice if the lovely pool facilities were open later than 7:30pm for a holiday location

i was given a free spa treatment as compensation which didn't feel enough

gym is very small, the sauna wasn t working and our washing machine in the lodge delayed us

early check in was agreed and no extra cost so i made a donation to the staff tip box

upon arrival we checked in and was advised before 6pm there were free tea/coffee and cakes in the bar area which was a lovely touch, the lounge area was very homely and the rooms were very clean

very friendly staff continental breakfast was outstanding

the property was being upgraded and all very clean and well run. i liked the laundry facility.

the hotel is clean, well kept and had ev chargers at a very reasonable rate!

need a few standard ev chargers rather than just tesla design but i believe this is already in planning

hotel was not busy, which meant the opportunity to access the sauna pool and gym which was great

poolside shower for when you come out of the sauna and the bar wasn't manned at 10

they provided free ev chargers, only 3 on a first come basis, managed to charge the car after arriving was really good
