the breakfast was phenomenal

the regular shuttle runs into vail were very useful and helped compensate for the remote location

we didn't even have a chair or a small table, so it was hard eating our room service food

i really liked the spa in general-- i had a massage with leo, which was wonderful, and i enjoyed the spa facilities

the staff were friendly and helpful and the shuttle bus run by the resort was a great bonus which just made life so much easier
