pool was not warm enough for my taste

the room had a massive office/closet, a full kitchen and two full bathrooms

bed, cheap scratchy sheets poor late night dining options outdated literature in room exorbitant pet fee, with advertised amenities not provided

we decided to make our own drinks since the bar had closed but there was no ice to be found

had to buy a huge bottle from the spa at $40

visitors during the day and also lie on their website about certain amenities eg there is no kids club

our kids enjoyed the activities on site

their shuttle service to vail village is very convenient and runs every 15 minutes until 10pm

so much fun for the kids.

well a group of eight kids all under twelve were running around using all the hot tubs and pool plus being loud

so room service was eaten on the 2x2 mini table in front of the couch after we cleared decorations off

delightful staff! great spa! delicious breakfast! kids picked out cute little gifts at check in.

if you dont want to leave the hotel you can have a drink at the bar or dinner at the bully ranch

isn t the hotel s fault but there were loud children in there he pool jumping and splashing making it quite difficult to enjoy
