daily room service. not enough employees-universal problem

to covid, breakfast was only an apple, granola bar and yogurt

were upgraded to a gorgeous, large queen suite with a full kitchen, a separate sitting area and a huge bathroom

the onsite amenities, decor and of course the pool were all bonuses

the staff was awesome, the room was spacious, and my kids loved watiki water park.

and very clean loved having the kitchenette in the room plenty of towels very clean

i took advantage of the clean washer and dryers in the laundry room and washed clothes

our schedule did not allow us to stay and have breakfast, we are not able comment on this matter

kids were constantly running up and down the halls

bar downstairs was extremely loud and all the patrons state at you while you are checking in

food and bar service was great, as was the breakfast

have liked to have small outside table, would have liked to have larger bar of soap for bathing, would have liked to have complimentary hand/body

the property, the bar and restaurant were fantastic quality and a short walk from our room

the pool was nice and food and staff at the restaurant were great

bathroom had only 1 towel bar and no hooks

bar was way too small
