staff/cleaning crew; they would make noise outside of door to hurry you up for room service and if you didn t hurry up or have the do not disturb they would get mad and

the wifi kept dropping. the shower water wasn't hot. the hot tub was out of service.

the breakfast buffet could be better needs more variety.
