staff were all very friendly and helpful and their were multiple options for room service (from the bar/restaurant inside the hotel as well as a number of local restaurants (+) plus, room service from a great on-premises italian restaurant (+) room service was also excellent, very tasty and quick and friendly delivery (+) room service from the on site restaurant was quick and efficient (+) daily room service has been eliminated, but it is easy to get clean towels, etc (-)would ve liked room service options, and the ability to order wine without having to order food (-) room service was not available (*)) they insisted on room service over picking up ourselves from the restaurant
