i asked for a room with good wifi and it worked brilliantly in my room

wifi connection could have been better

calm neighborhood, good place to stay with kids

next to a supermarket so that was convinient with the kids

the rooftop pool is a welcome respite from the heat

the gym is small and not too well equipped. that's the only down side for me.

fabulous spacious room + gym and pool were an added bonus

the bar downstairs has great service as does reception

i also liked the small gym

there is plentiful free parking, even had ev charging

great car parking

for room service and breakfast are quite steep

and clean rooms with all the amenities you require and for a 4 star hotel, it has a gym which is very much appreciated

there was a security bar to get to the ground level and we needed to leave the car and go up to the desk to get them to

was keep bathroom door closed and open window which meant putting up with noise from street and bar

our room was a bar open until 6 am and it was very loud

good breakfast, (small but ok) swimming pool on (+) the pool was awesome (+) roof terrace and pool were excellent (+) perfect little (very ) refreshing pool (+)nice location and staff, very clean with a small nice pool at the roof (+)room was very nice and clean, the bed was huge and comfortable, and the pool on the roof was nice for relaxing (+)location with restaurants a 5 min walk away , train station only 10 min walk, roif top pool was amazing and very much needed in the evening after 40 degrees heat (+) since we only stayed 1 night here, we didn't get a chance to check out or use the gym or pool located on site (+) even a small pool on roof (+)location is perfect & the roof top pool was gorgeous. highly recommend staying here

wifi code changes so we were given a code that didn t work and the front desk was in a hurry to

breakfast was very tasty, staff were lovely and friendly, spa was wonderful and the dinner with degustation menu was a real treat

the bar and outdoor swimming pool was a haven to relax in

spa is actually very small and we missed a place where you can rest after being in the roman baths

the only suggestion i have is to have someone in the bar area, at least checking in on clients from time to time

the car park has an ev charger which we paid extra at reception to use, but was very worthwhile doing and there is a

breakfast is great and the staff so friendly and helpful

saturday they had a function on which basically meant all bars and room service were closed to all other guests

breakfast was one of the best we've had, and we travel alot in europe

diner was great. nice pool and sitting area outside. rooms nice and perfectly clean.

as steps to entrance … and room was disabled friendly … however i couldn’t get down to the pool without steps which was a shame

euro bill for a family of 4 for two starters, four main courses, bottle of wine and fanta for kids)

was far away from the center (30 min walk) and the service in the hotel bar was extremely slow

bar downstairs doesn't have the best breakfast and it's pricey for what it is, i'd skip it and get
