breakfast was a lot of food

the breakfast was lovely - the sippin and nibblin hour was lovely

the breakfast was very nice and the location was perfect for walking to the square

there is nothing to not like about the twelve oaks bed and breakfast

vending machine and i wasn’t given coffee or towels or anything’s daily also there wasn’t a pool

noisy neighbor above us both nights we stayed. sounded like a gym above us at 11:30 pm.

bar/ food spot in the lobby needs a person to work that area instead of the person at the front

i was able to use the grill my kid loved the pool we were so comfortable we loved it

although i was unable to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast i did have the fresh brewed coffeee that was amazing

the pool was great for the kids the bar was great for me and the staff was amazing

a lot of kids first 2 days and all park activities closed after labor day

the tavern bar was under staffed. food came out cold sunday night.
