beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is better than most hotels

the whole purpose was for the pool for my kids, and when we arrive we find that there is absolutely no pool on premises at all

the gym was also really nice, we didn't see it until we were ready to go and wished we had seen it

we were told they’re both under renovations and closed which is fine but that as well as the gym is why we booked (the gym was out too)

the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the kids enjoyed it

outside bar was closed on sunday and we had to order from out to eat because no help to eat in

kids had fun at the pool and the hotel is overall clean

the pool was so nice and warm the kids loved it

there is nothing to not like about the twelve oaks bed and breakfast

breakfast was amazing each morning and learned a lot of history from our southern sippin’ and

breakfast was absolutely fantastic

also, they have a full gym, not just a treadmill and a couple of weight

just the breakfast should have been a little better

only ate breakfast 3 mornings, but it was pretty much the same thing every morning
